In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), users have the right to access, rectify, delete, and object to the processing of their personal data.
To exercise these rights, users must send a written request to the following address:

1.3 Disclosure to Third Parties
ALLOCAB may disclose Personal Information to legally authorized entities or authorities, insofar as such disclosure is required or permitted by law, or when necessary to comply with applicable regulations, or to protect the rights and safety of ALLOCAB, its employees, clients, or other parties.
In cases of business transfers, reorganizations, or liquidation, ALLOCAB may transfer user data to third parties, in which case users will be notified if a different privacy policy applies.
Personal Information may also be shared with third-party contractors bound by agreement with ALLOCAB for tasks necessary to manage user profiles or deliver services.
Except with explicit consent at the time of data collection, ALLOCAB will not transmit Personal Information to its partners for marketing or solicitation purposes (electronic, postal, or telephone).
Users may withdraw consent at any time by sending a written request to:

1.4 Data Retention
Personal Information will only be retained for the period strictly necessary to manage the user relationship established via the Platform and will not exceed the active lifetime of the user’s account.
Any account remaining inactive (no service booking) for 15 consecutive months will be automatically closed, and all related data permanently deleted, unless otherwise instructed by the user.
1.5 Security
ALLOCAB has implemented appropriate security measures to protect its data systems and prevent Personal Information from being altered, damaged, or accessed by unauthorized parties.
1.6 Confidentiality
When creating an account, users select an email address and password, which are required for each login. Personal Information is password-protected so that only the user can access it.
ALLOCAB recommends that users do not share their credentials and remember to log out and close their browser after each session, especially when using shared devices.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords and for any actions taken under their account by third parties who may have gained access to it.
If a user forgets their password, they may retrieve or reset it via the function available on the website www.allocab.com.
