How to update my professional information and documents?

To update your professional information or documents, log in directly to the Allocab Driver app.


1. Access your administrative documents

In the app menu:

  • Open the “Administrative Documents” section.
  • You’ll find all the documents you submitted during registration.

2. Update a document

  • Select the document you want to update (driver’s license, professional card, insurance, etc.).
  • Upload the new version or take a photo directly from the app.
  • Confirm the upload — the Allocab team will review and validate the document.

3. Update your personal information

  • Go to the “Contact Details” section in the app.
  • Edit your personal information (address, phone number, email, etc.).
  • Save your changes — they’ll take effect immediately.
