No worries — there are simple steps you can take to resolve the issue quickly.
What should I do if my payment doesn’t go through?
Most payment errors are caused by an expired card or a failed verification attempt.
Deleting your saved card and adding it again often resolves the issue.
You can do this:
- From the mobile app
 - Or from the website
 
What is 3D Secure verification?
To ensure your payments are secure, Allocab uses the 3D Secure protocol — an extra authentication step required by your bank.
You’ll be redirected to your bank’s validation interface, where you’ll need to:
- Enter a security code, or
 - Approve the transaction via your bank’s mobile app
 
Without this validation, the payment will be automatically declined.
