Does the ride price vary depending on the number of bags?

The price of your Allocab ride does not depend on the number of bags, but each vehicle category has a maximum luggage capacity to ensure comfort and safety for everyone.

Luggage limits by vehicle category

• Berline / Green / Business Berline / Vao: up to 3 medium-sized bags
• Moto Taxi: up to 2 cabin bags
• Van: up to 7 bags
• Accessible vehicle (TPMR): 1 bag

When booking, a 🧳 luggage icon indicates the maximum luggage capacity for each vehicle type.

How can I inform the driver about my luggage?

If you’re traveling with bulky or unusual luggage, you can notify your driver in advance using the “Message to the driver” field when booking.

Examples:

• “4 suitcases + stroller”
• “1 large sports bag + skis”

This helps the driver plan enough space for your belongings.
