How can I book a ride for another passenger?

You can easily book a ride for someone else — a family member or a colleague — from the Allocab website or mobile app.

From the website www.allocab.com

One-off booking for another passenger:

1. Enter the trip details, then select your vehicle category.
2. Tick “Book for another passenger.”
3. Enter the passenger’s first name, last name, and phone number.
4. Confirm the booking.

Add a passenger in advance:

1. Log in to allocab.com.
2. Go to your Profile, then open the “Passengers” tab.
3. Click “Add a passenger.”
4. For a future booking, select this passenger from the dropdown menu.

From the Allocab mobile app (iOS and Android)

One-off booking:

1. Enter the trip details and select the vehicle category.
2. Tick “Book for another passenger.”
3. Enter the passenger’s name and phone number.
4. Confirm the booking.

Manage saved passengers:

1. In the menu, open the “Passengers” section.
2. Tap “Add a passenger.”
3. During booking, choose the saved passenger.
