What factors determine my Allocab fare?

Your Allocab ride price is defined before booking, based on transparent criteria:

• The estimated distance between pickup and drop-off points
• The expected duration of the trip
• The time of day or week (traffic, weather, driver availability, etc.)
• The driver’s approach time
• The vehicle category chosen (“Green,” “Sedan,” “VAO,” “Business,” “Van,” “Motorbike Taxi”)

This calculation method — combining time and distance — automatically adapts to market conditions in real time.

When is the price displayed?

The fare is automatically calculated and displayed before confirming your booking, according to your pickup and drop-off addresses, date/time, and vehicle category.

Is the price guaranteed after booking?

Yes. Once your booking is confirmed, the price is fixed and transparent, with no hidden fees.
There is no price increase due to traffic or driver approach time.

Additional charges may only apply in the following cases:

• Passenger delay
• Added stops or address changes during the ride
• Extended waiting time beyond the free waiting period
