How can I share additional information about my ride with the driver?

If you’d like to share a note or specific information with your driver, you can add it directly in the “Additional information” section when making your booking.

From the website www.allocab.com

1. Log in to your account on www.allocab.com.
2. Go to the “Bookings” tab.
3. Click the “+” button next to the relevant ride.
4. In the displayed details, click “Edit” under the “Additional information” section.
5. Enter the message you want to send to your driver, then confirm.

Your message will be added to your booking and automatically forwarded to your driver.

From the Allocab mobile app (iOS and Android)

1. Open the Allocab app and log in to your account.
2. Go to the “Bookings” tab.
3. Tap the “+” button next to the ride you’d like to modify.
4. Tap “Edit” in the “Additional information” section.
5. Type your message, then confirm.

Your message will automatically be sent to your driver for that ride.
