How can I get an invoice after a ride?

At the end of every Allocab ride, an invoice is automatically sent by email as an attachment to the ride-completion message.

You can also view and download all your invoices from your personal account, either on a computer or on mobile via your web browser.


From the website www.allocab.com

  1. Log in to your Allocab account.
  2. In the left menu, click “Bookings.”
  3. Open the “Past” tab.
  4. Select the relevant ride.
  5. Click “Download invoice” at the bottom of the page.

From the Allocab mobile app

  • Direct invoice downloads are not available from the mobile app.
  • To view or retrieve your invoices, log in to your account via a web browser.

Group and download your invoices by month

  1. On the website, go to “Accounting,” then “Invoices.”
  2. Select the desired month.
  3. Click “Download month” to get all invoices for the selected month.
