How can I get an invoice after a ride?
At the end of every Allocab ride, an invoice is automatically sent by email as an attachment to the ride-completion message.
You can also view and download all your invoices from your personal account, either on a computer or on mobile via your web browser.
From the website www.allocab.com
- Log in to your Allocab account.
 - In the left menu, click “Bookings.”
 - Open the “Past” tab.
 - Select the relevant ride.
 - Click “Download invoice” at the bottom of the page.
 
From the Allocab mobile app
- Direct invoice downloads are not available from the mobile app.
 - To view or retrieve your invoices, log in to your account via a web browser.
 - Access my account on allocab.com
 
Group and download your invoices by month
- On the website, go to “Accounting,” then “Invoices.”
 - Select the desired month.
 - Click “Download month” to get all invoices for the selected month.
