You can update your personal details at any time, whether you use the Allocab mobile app or the website www.allocab.com. Here’s how:

Which information can I change?

• Your first and last name
• Your email address
• Your phone number

From the Allocab mobile app (iOS and Android)

1. Open the Allocab app.
2. Tap the “☰ Menu” icon in the top left.
3. Tap “My account.”
4. Tap “Edit” in the top right corner.
5. Update the fields you want, then save your changes.

From the website www.allocab.com

1. Go to www.allocab.com and click “Log in.”
2. Once logged in, open the “My information” tab.
3. Edit the data you want to update.
4. Click “Save” to confirm.
