How can I reset or change my password?
Whether you’ve forgotten your password or simply want to update it, here are the steps to follow depending on your situation and device.
I forgot my password
No worries — you can easily reset it:
- Go to the dedicated page:
👉 https://www.allocab.com/webapp/reset-password - Enter the email address linked to your account.
 - You’ll receive a password reset link by email.
 - Click the link and choose a new password.
 
Change my password from the website
- Log in to your account at www.allocab.com.
 - Click your name at the top right corner.
 - Select “My Profile,” then click “Change my password.”
 - Enter your current password, then your new one.
 - Click “Save.”
 
Change my password from the mobile app
- Open the Allocab app.
 - Tap the “☰” icon in the top left corner to open the main menu.
 - Select “My account.”
 - Scroll down to “Change my password.”
 - Enter your current password, then your new one.
 - Tap “Confirm.”
