How can I reset or change my password?

Whether you’ve forgotten your password or simply want to update it, here are the steps to follow depending on your situation and device.


I forgot my password

No worries — you can easily reset it:

  1. Go to the dedicated page:
    👉 https://www.allocab.com/webapp/reset-password
  2. Enter the email address linked to your account.
  3. You’ll receive a password reset link by email.
  4. Click the link and choose a new password.

Change my password from the website

  1. Log in to your account at www.allocab.com.
  2. Click your name at the top right corner.
  3. Select “My Profile,” then click “Change my password.”
  4. Enter your current password, then your new one.
  5. Click “Save.”

Change my password from the mobile app

  1. Open the Allocab app.
  2. Tap the “☰” icon in the top left corner to open the main menu.
  3. Select “My account.”
  4. Scroll down to “Change my password.”
  5. Enter your current password, then your new one.
  6. Tap “Confirm.”
