How can I receive Allocab emails and promotional offers?
By subscribing to the Allocab newsletter, you’ll receive directly by email:
- Exclusive promotional offers
 - App updates and new features
 - Occasional promo codes
 - Information about our referral and loyalty programs
 
To subscribe, simply check the dedicated box when creating your account or update your preferences in your customer area
(you can refer to the screenshot showing where to find this option).
Not receiving Allocab emails?
- Check your Spam or Promotions folder to make sure our messages aren’t being filtered.
 - Make sure you used the correct email address when signing up.
A simple typo may prevent messages from being delivered. - If needed, contact our team to update your email address.

As a newsletter subscriber, you’ll also receive promo codes by email as part of special campaigns or our loyalty and referral programs.
Through the referral program, you can earn €5 for each friend who completes their first ride — and they’ll receive €5 off their first booking too.
The referral code can be entered in the “Promo or referral code” field when confirming your booking.
