How can I find my driver at the airport or train station?
At airports and train stations, your exact pickup location depends on the information you provide when booking your ride.
How is the pickup point determined?
- If you enter a flight or train number, a specific meeting point will be automatically suggested during your booking.
- If you don’t provide this information, the default meeting point will be indicated in the list below.
You can check your pickup location anytime in your booking details.
💡 Please note: the “Meet & Greet with sign” option is temporarily unavailable.
Where can I check my pickup location?
From the mobile app:
Open the Allocab app, go to “Bookings”, select your ride, then tap “Details.”
From the website:
Log in to your account on www.allocab.com, open the “Bookings” tab, and select the relevant ride.
