I forgot something in the vehicle, how can I get it back?
Think you may have left a personal item in the vehicle after your Allocab ride?
Here’s what to do quickly to maximize your chances of getting it back.
If you still have access to your phone
After each booking, you receive a confirmation text message containing your driver’s contact details.
You can reach out directly to:
- Explain what you forgot (type, color, brand, etc.)
 - Specify the date, time, and location of the ride
 
Your driver can then contact you to arrange a suitable time and place to return your item.
If you no longer have access to your phone
If you left your phone in the vehicle or can’t find your driver’s number, please contact our Customer Service team at:

To help us locate your item, please include the following information:
- The phone number used for the booking
 - The date, time, and city of the ride
 - A detailed description of the lost item
 
Our team will coordinate with the driver to try to locate and return your belongings.
