How many bags can I take on my ride?

The price of your Allocab ride does not depend on the number of bags, but each vehicle category has a maximum luggage capacity that must be respected to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety.

Maximum luggage capacity by vehicle type

• Sedan / Green / Business Sedan / VAO: Up to 3 medium-sized bags
• Motorbike taxi: Up to 2 cabin bags
• Van: Up to 7 bags
• TPMR: 1 bag

When booking, a 🧳 suitcase icon indicates the maximum luggage capacity for each vehicle.

How to inform your driver about your luggage?

If you are traveling with bulky or unusual luggage, you can inform your driver using the “Message to the driver” field during booking.

Examples: “4 suitcases + stroller,” “1 large sports bag + skis.”
This information allows your driver to anticipate the required space.
