How many passengers can travel in an Allocab vehicle?

The number of passengers allowed on board depends on the vehicle category you choose.
This information has no impact on the price of your ride, but it is essential to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety.

Maximum capacity by vehicle type

• Sedan / Business Sedan / Green / VAO: Up to 4 passengers
• Van: Up to 7 passengers
• Motorbike taxi: 1 passenger
• TPMR (Access): 1 wheelchair + 1 companion
• TPMR Van (Van Access): 1 to 3 wheelchairs + 3 companions

Where can I see this information during booking?

Whether you book through the mobile app or the website, the passenger capacity is displayed when you select your vehicle category.

A 👤 passenger icon shows the maximum number of people allowed on board each vehicle.
You’ll also find a 🧳 suitcase icon, which indicates the maximum luggage capacity.
