What are the terms of use for Allocab promo codes?

Terms of use for a promo code

  • Each code is valid once per user.
  • Applies only to the specific ride or offer mentioned.
  • Valid only during the indicated period.
  • Cannot be combined with other discounts.
  • Valid for immediate or pre-booked rides.
  • Not valid for any potential “Pool” (shared ride) service.

How to apply a promo code in the mobile app

  1. Enter your pickup and drop-off addresses.
  2. Select the date, time, and vehicle category.
  3. Tap on the “Promo code” section on the confirmation screen.
  4. Enter your code, then tap “Apply”.
  5. The updated fare will appear automatically.
  6. Tap “Book” to confirm your ride.

How to apply a promo code on the Allocab website

  1. Enter your route, date, and time.
  2. Click on “View prices.”
  3. Choose your vehicle category.
  4. In the summary step, click on “Promo or referral code.”
  5. Enter your code, then click “Apply.”
  6. The fare will automatically adjust, or an error message will appear if the code is invalid.
