Allocab offers a service specially designed for passengers with reduced mobility through its Access range.
This service relies on specially equipped vehicles and trained drivers to ensure a safe and caring experience.


What does the Access range offer?

  • Vehicles equipped for wheelchair transport (access ramps, secure fastenings, etc.)
  • Drivers trained in assisting passengers with reduced mobility
  • Guaranteed safety and comfort throughout the ride

Important: The Access range may not be available at all times or in all areas.


How to check the availability of the Access service

  1. On the app or website, enter your pickup and drop-off addresses.
  2. Select your date and time.
  3. The Access range will appear only if an adapted vehicle is available.

If the range does not appear, it means that no compatible vehicle is currently available in your area.
