How can I rate my driver in the Allocab app?

At the end of every ride, you can rate your driver directly in the Allocab app.
Your feedback helps us maintain high service quality and recognize the professionalism of our drivers.

How does the rating system work?

• As soon as your ride is completed, the rating screen automatically appears when you open the app.
• You can give a rating from 1 to 5 stars by swiping from left to right.
• You can also leave an optional comment to share your experience or mention something specific.

Ratings are anonymous and cannot be changed once submitted.
