At the end of every ride, you can rate your driver directly in the Allocab app . Your feedback helps us maintain high service quality and recognize the professionalism of our drivers. How does the rating system work? As soon as your ride is completed, the rating screen automatically appears when you open the app. You can give a rating from 1 to 5 stars by swiping from left to right. You can also leave an optional comment to share your experience or mention something specific. Ratings are anonymous and cannot be changed once submitted. If you forgot to rate your driver or wish to share feedback after your ride, please contact our Customer Service team at serviceclient@allocab.com .

How is calculated the price of my ride / how can I get a quote in the Allocab app?

Whether you want to check driver availability, estimate a fare, or get a quote without booking, Allocab always displays a fixed price as soon as you enter your trip details. From the Allocab mobile app (iOS and Android) Open the Allocab app. Enter your pickup and drop-off addresses. Choose the date and time of your ride (immediate or pre-booked). The fare is displayed automatically based on the selected vehicle category. You can either confirm the booking or simply exit the screen if you only wanted an estimate. From the website www.allocab.com Go to www.allocab.com . Enter your pickup and drop-off addresses. Select the date and time of your ride. Click on “View prices.” The fares for each available category (including VAO) will be displayed. All prices are fixed and guaranteed once the booking is confirmed (except in the case of route modifications made during a flexible ride). Yes, you can track your driver’s arrival live from the Allocab mobile app or the website as soon as your booking is confirmed. From the mobile app Open the Allocab app. Go to the “Bookings” tab. Select your upcoming ride. A map will display your driver’s location in real time, along with their estimated time of arrival. You’ll also see the driver’s name , the vehicle model , and the license plate number once they’re on their way. From the website Log in to your account at www.allocab.com . Open the “Bookings” section, then click on your upcoming ride. The driver’s location will appear on the live map , updated in real time until pickup.
