Can I track my driver’s arrival in real time?

Yes, you can track your driver’s arrival live from the Allocab mobile app or the website as soon as your booking is confirmed.

From the mobile app

1. Open the Allocab app.
2. Go to the “Bookings” tab.
3. Select your upcoming ride.
4. A map will display your driver’s location in real time, along with their estimated time of arrival.

You’ll also see the driver’s name, the vehicle model, and the license plate number once they’re on their way.

From the website

1. Log in to your account at www.allocab.com.
2. Open the “Bookings” section, then click on your upcoming ride.
3. The driver’s location will appear on the live map, updated in real time until pickup.

You’ll also receive a text message about 15 minutes before pickup with your driver’s details and contact number.
